This website and the Wareabouts freight operations intelligence platform are operated by Bludot Labs. We design our software around data minimization, strict system boundary separation, and enterprise customer confidentiality.
1. Information We Collect
When you visit our site or interact with our early-access forms, we collect the following limited categories of information:
- Inquiry Details: Name, work email address, company name, and your operational shipment volume or workflow description.
- Technical & Telemetry Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and interaction timestamps required to protect against malicious traffic, abuse, and bot attacks.
- Cookie & Local Storage: Preferences strictly necessary for session continuity and your selected cookie preferences.
2. How We Use Information
We use information strictly for business-to-business communications and platform provisioning:
- To reply to your early-access inquiry and schedule introductory workflow demonstrations.
- To assess technical compatibility between Wareabouts and your existing ERP / TMS software.
- To safeguard our infrastructure, detect fraud, and ensure platform security.
We never sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or operational data to third parties or advertising networks.
3. Customer Shipment Data Separation
For pilot customers participating in our freight cohorts, all shipment documents (Bills of Lading, packing lists, customs entries, and email correspondence) are isolated within dedicated tenant boundaries. We do not use proprietary customer freight records to train publicly accessible machine learning models without explicit authorization.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with vetted enterprise infrastructure providers to operate this service (e.g., secure cloud hosting, transactional email delivery, and uptime monitoring). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
5. Data Retention & Erasure
We retain prospective customer correspondence only for the duration needed to evaluate and service your business engagement. You have the right at any time to request complete erasure or an export of all correspondence and records associated with your email address.
6. Your Rights & Regional Compliance
Regardless of your geographic jurisdiction (including India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, the European Union under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you have rights to access, rectify, or request deletion of your information.
7. Contact Us
For any privacy inquiries, data deletion requests, or information regarding our security practices, please contact us via our early access contact form or email our team directly with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.
