Content, interactive demonstrations, interface mockups, and operational specifications presented on this site are illustrative and intended for evaluation purposes. Descriptions of roadmap capabilities represent architectural objectives rather than binding commercial delivery commitments.

2. Permitted Use & Early Access Program

You may access this site and submit inquiries for legitimate enterprise evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, automated, or malicious data through the early-access forms.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or probe vulnerabilities in our site code or endpoints.
• Use automated scripts or scrapers to extract site content or intellectual property without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Wareabouts brand, interface designs, trade secrets, algorithms, and documentation are and remain the exclusive property of Bludot Labs and its licensors. Submitting an early access request does not grant any license to intellectual property.

4. Customer & Enterprise Agreements

Formal participation in the Wareabouts pilot or commercial deployment is governed by a distinct Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) executed between your company and Bludot Labs. These website terms do not supersede commercial enterprise contracts.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its preview content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
